Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 cup milk (227 grams)
- 4 chai tea bags (8 grams)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups coffee ice cream (300 grams)
- A splash of Bailey's Irish Cream (optional, adults only!)
- Ground nutmeg
- Whipped cream
Instruction
- Prepare tea by heating milk in a medium saucepan set over medium heat.
- Add the tea bags and cinnamon stick and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to steep for 5 more minutes before removing cinnamon and tea bags.
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Add the cooled tea and ice cream (and Bailey's if you're over 21) to a blender and pulse until well combined. If too thin, add more ice cream or ice to the mixture.
- Serve topped with whipped cream and ground nutmeg.
