Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 c water
  • 1 head cauliflower (washed and chunked (cut in smaller chunks if desired))
  • 1/2 c potato flakes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of potato soup)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6-8 cooked bacon slices (or 1 jar dried beef)
  • cheddar cheese

Instruction

  • Put cauliflower chunks in 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce to low and mix in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Serve warm and sprinkle cheese on top. ENJOY!
