  • 1 and 1/2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamon
  • 1/8 tsp sumac
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp sea salt plus
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranite seeds
  • 1 and 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 and 1/2 Tbsp pine nuts roasted
