Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon bacon bits

Instruction

  • In a large pot of boiling water, cook cauliflower 8 to 10 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let cool.
  • In a large bowl, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add cauliflower and remaining ingredients to dressing; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
