Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
Instruction
- Put the chopped cauliflower in the food processor and pulse for about a minute. I did this in 2 batches.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large saute pan.
- Add the onion and garlic and saute for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower and saute for 15 - 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Remove and serve immediately!
