Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups cauliflower, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup green onions, only the white part
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko)
- Oil to fry
Instruction
- Put the cauliflower, egg, parsley, green onions, salt, pepper and parmesan in a food processor. Pulse until you get an even mixture.
- Put the mixture in a medium-sized bowl and add the panko; mix till they combine.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts and form balls using your hands. Afterwards, lightly press to obtain disk-formed nuggets.
- Heat enough oil over medium heat until it reaches 350° F. Fry the nuggets until they are golden on both sides, which should take 2-3 minutes. Place on a plate with paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
