  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cheese ((I used dairy-free almond cheese))
  • 1 cup chicken (cooked and cubed)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (fresh for garnish)
