The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2/3 cup potato starch
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cheese ((I used dairy-free almond cheese))
- 1 cup chicken (cooked and cubed)
- 1/2 cup red onion (sliced)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (fresh for garnish)
