- mini chocolate donuts (cut in half - making two thin donuts)

- red sanding sugar (I like Wiltons)
- pretzel sticks
- cotton candy
- black licorice strings
- 2/3 cup butter (softened)
- 5 3/4 cups powdered sugar (I use Dixie Crystals)
- 1 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 heaping cup heavy cream
