The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 6 – 8 bone in chicken thighs – with or without the skin
- 1 cup raw cashews, lightly grilled, cooled and coarsely chopped in the food processor
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups bread crumbs – seasoned with salt, black pepper, paprika and dried oregano – about ½ tsp. each
- 2 cups Pacific Foods Cashew Unsweetened Vanilla Non-Dairy Beverage
- Honey for drizzling over the chicken when serving
- 1 shallot – sliced thin
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1 – 2 tbs. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic – grated
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 ½ cups Pacific Foods Cashew Unsweetened Vanilla Non-Dairy Beverage

- ¾ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ¼ – ½ tsp. red pepper flakes – depending on how spicy your taste is
- 1 tbs. lemon juice
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
