Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. salted cashews
Instruction
- Cook the sugar in a saucepan on low- medium heat only swirling the pan but not stirring until dark amber. This should take about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the butter and cashews and stir making sure the cashews are evenly coated.
- Pour onto an oiled baking sheet and separate into small clusters with forks and let harden and cool before placing in packaging.
