Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 95 g carrot tops (one large bunch)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch sea Salt

Instruction

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend well.
  • Taste and add extra garlic, lemon, salt or olive oil if necessary.
