- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup 2 ounces cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup 4 fluid ounces room temperature water
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, (divided)
- 12 White Reese's Cups
- 5 ounces creamy white modeling chocolate (candy clay*)
- 2 ounces bright pink candy clay
- 1 ounce bright white candy clay
- 1 ounce black candy clay
- 2 ounces orange candy clay
- 1 ounce green candy clay
