The following ingredients have 4 Servings

- ¼ to ½ cup water (- while blending, optional)
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chopped parsley (or chopped cilantro (coriander leaves))
- ¼ teaspoon lemon juice (- optional)
