  • 1 Medium Size Carrot
  • ½ Cup Water

Instruction

  • Take a medium-sized carrot. Choose firm and bright coloured carrot without any holes.
  • Peel the skin of the carrot completely.
  • Rinse the carrot well in running thoroughly and ensure it is dirt free.
  • Place the carrot in a chopping board and chop it into small cubes. Also, clean the chopping board, knife and your hands well, before preparing food for your babies.
  • To a pan, add the chopped carrots.
  • Pour 1/2 cup of boiled water or just immersing level.
  • Simmer the flame and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Check whether the carrots have cooked and let it cool down.
  • Transfer the cooked carrots to a mixer. Always keep a separate jar or blender to prepare your baby food, if you use the regular one, the food may smell different with masalas or have spiciness.
  • First, pulse it once.
  • Then, add very little boiled water or breast milk or formula milk. Blend it to a very smooth paste and ensure there are no carrot chunks. Transfer this carrot puree to a bowl.Feed this Carrot Puree Recipe for Baby to improve his/her immunity.
