Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 2 large carrots
- 2 cups milks (boiled and cooled)
- 10 cashews (or almonds )
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh cream (optional)
Instruction
- Rinse, peel and chop two large carrots. Steam or pressure cook the chopped carrots until soft. You can steam for 10 minutes or pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let cool.
- Combine cooled carrots, cream,cashews and sugar in a blender jar. Blend smooth.
- Top with boiled and cooled milk. Blend again until frothy.
- Serve Chilled
