Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 cups milks (boiled and cooled)
  • 10 cashews (or almonds )
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cream (optional)

Instruction

  • Rinse, peel and chop two large carrots. Steam or pressure cook the chopped carrots until soft. You can steam for 10 minutes or pressure cook for 2 whistles. Let cool.
  • Combine cooled carrots, cream,cashews and sugar in a blender jar. Blend smooth.
  • Top with boiled and cooled milk. Blend again until frothy. 
  • Serve Chilled
