  • 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves, tough stems removed
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, tough stems removed
  • 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, tough stems removed
