- 1/2 cup raw pepitas, shelled pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves, tough stems removed
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup cilantro, tough stems removed
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, tough stems removed
