Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix {1 box}
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ cup Melted Butter, or Canola Oil, or Vegetable Oil
  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese Frosting {1 container or use homemade recipe in post}

Instruction

  • Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
  • Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
  • Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
  • Cool on cooling racks.
  • Once completely cool, frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
  • You can even add some fun sprinkles or I topped with these carrot marshmallow cupcake toppers found in the Easter aisle at Walmart! ENJOY!!
