Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 15.25 ounces Betty Crocker Carrot Cake Mix {1 box}
- 2 Large Eggs
- ½ cup Melted Butter, or Canola Oil, or Vegetable Oil
- 16 ounces Cream Cheese Frosting {1 container or use homemade recipe in post}
Instruction
- Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large mixing bowl, and beat well.
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Drop onto ungreased non-stick cookie sheet in rounded balls.
- Bake for approx. 8 – 9 minutes {or until done} at 350 degrees.
- Cool on cooling racks.
- Once completely cool, frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
- You can even add some fun sprinkles or I topped with these carrot marshmallow cupcake toppers found in the Easter aisle at Walmart! ENJOY!!
