Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 large frozen banana (diced)
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • Garnishes: shredded carrots (shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)

Instruction

  • Combine the carrots, banana, pumpkin puree, almond milk, yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in the canister of your Nutri Ninja blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a tall glass or bowl and garnish with all of your favorite toppings! Enjoy!
