Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1/4 cup oats (optional)
  • 1 cup carrots (cooked and cool if you want extra smooth and don't have a high-powered blender)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup apple juice (or milk)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Ice (optional)

Instruction

  • Place oats in a blender and grind to a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
