- 1/4 cup oats (optional)
- 1 cup carrots (cooked and cool if you want extra smooth and don't have a high-powered blender)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup apple juice (or milk)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Ice (optional)
Instruction
- Place oats in a blender and grind to a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
