Ingredients

The following ingredients have 9 Servings
  • 1 carrot (peeled and grated)
  • 1 cup (20g) puffed quinoa (usually in the cereal aisle)
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into balls and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
