The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 1 carrot (peeled and grated)
- 1 cup (20g) puffed quinoa (usually in the cereal aisle)
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into balls and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
