Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 3/4 cup carrots (diced)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instruction

  • Heat nonstick griddle to medium-high. 
  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto hot griddle and cook 3-4 minutes until little bubble begin to form on top. Flip and cook through, about an additional 3-4 minutes.
