Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 5 oz vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup stevia
- 3/4 cup carrots (diced)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instruction
- Heat nonstick griddle to medium-high.
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto hot griddle and cook 3-4 minutes until little bubble begin to form on top. Flip and cook through, about an additional 3-4 minutes.
