Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- Pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
Instruction
- Place rolled oats, almond milk or soy milk, shredded carrots, spices, maple syrup, and salt in a mason jar. Let sit overnight.
- Top oats with more shredded carrots, if desired, walnuts or pecans, and shredded coconut.
