Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Instruction

  • Place rolled oats, almond milk or soy milk, shredded carrots, spices, maple syrup, and salt in a mason jar. Let sit overnight.
  • Top oats with more shredded carrots, if desired, walnuts or pecans, and shredded coconut.
