Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 bunch carrots (4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces)
  • 1 apple (cut into 4 pieces (I used Honeycrisp))
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 3 cubes ice

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
