Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 bunch carrots (4 or 5, cut into 2 inch pieces)
- 1 apple (cut into 4 pieces (I used Honeycrisp))
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 3 cubes ice
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it's too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
