Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 225 g head white cabbage (shredded)
- 85 g carrots (shredded)
- 80 g raisins
- 80 g light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- Dash Tabasco Sauce*
- Freshly ground salt and pepper
Instruction
- Place the shredded cabbage, carrots and raisins into a large bowl.
- Create the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise and cider vinegar in a small bowl. Add a dash of tabasco (if required) then season with salt and pepper.
- Add the dressing to the large bowl mix together well to combine.
- Serve immediately or place in the fridge and until required.
