Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Make marinade by combining olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder in a small bowl.
  • Add steak to the bowl or to a baking dish (with marinade poured over) making sure meat is coated and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook meat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Let meat rest on cutting board for 5 minutes.
  • Slice meat at an angle against the grain with a sharp knife and serve warm.
