Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- Make marinade by combining olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, minced garlic, cumin, and chili powder in a small bowl.
- Add steak to the bowl or to a baking dish (with marinade poured over) making sure meat is coated and marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat and cook meat for 5-7 minutes on each side. Let meat rest on cutting board for 5 minutes.
- Slice meat at an angle against the grain with a sharp knife and serve warm.
