Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 Tablespoon butter (or oil)
- 1 medium onion (sliced into thin wedges)
- ½ bunch kale (fresh, about 6-8 cups)
- 1 pinch salt
Instruction
- In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter or warm the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until soft and caramelized, about 45-60 minutes.
- Add a pinch of salt, 2 Tablespoons water, and the kale. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes. Stir well and serve.
