  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound whole wheat pizza dough, (or store-bought dough)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 2 cups baby arugula
