Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 red onion
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 pre-made naan flatbreads
- 1 cup pulled pork
- 1/2-3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- Cilantro
Instruction
- Slice your red onions thinly and add to saute pan with your oil and cook on medium high until translucent and soft.
- Add in the brown sugar and stir until melted in.
- Add the balsamic vinegar and reduce heat to low stirring every so often for about 30 minutes until onions reduce and caramelize, remove from stove.
- Preheat your oven to 350.
- Add your naan to a sheet pan and top with BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle your pulled pork on top along with your caramelized onions.
- Top with your cheese and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sliced red onion and cilantro.
