Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pre-made naan flatbreads
  • 1 cup pulled pork
  • 1/2-3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • Cilantro

Instruction

  • Slice your red onions thinly and add to saute pan with your oil and cook on medium high until translucent and soft.
  • Add in the brown sugar and stir until melted in.
  • Add the balsamic vinegar and reduce heat to low stirring every so often for about 30 minutes until onions reduce and caramelize, remove from stove.
  • Preheat your oven to 350.
  • Add your naan to a sheet pan and top with BBQ sauce.
  • Sprinkle your pulled pork on top along with your caramelized onions.
  • Top with your cheese and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with sliced red onion and cilantro.
