Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoons water
- 2 cups grapes (an assortment of red and/or black grapes work nicely)
- 6 oz brie (sliced into 1 inch squares about 1/4-inch thick)
- 9 oz (1 package) TRISCUIT Original Crackers
- 1 cup walnuts (lightly chopped)
- balsamic glaze (optional)
Instruction
- In a small saucepan or skillet, stir the honey and water over medium heat until combined. Add the grapes and let it cook for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the grapes have softened and are near bursting. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
- Assemble the bites by placing a slice of brie on a TRISCUIT cracker. Top with 2-3 grapes, some walnuts, and drizzle with honey sauce. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze, if you wish. Serve immediately.
