Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 tbsps unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsps oil
  • 1 cup dark (or semi-sweet) chocolate, chopped (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup gluten-free oat flour ((or All purpose flour))
  • ½ cup milk chocolate pieces chopped ((optional))
  • 2/3 cups chopped store-bought caramels ((each caramel cut in half) or)
  • 2/3 cup my homemade caramel sauce recipe ( see link) ((using HALF the amount of cream))
