Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Liberte caramel yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Liberte yogurt (caramel flavor)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz )
  • 4 cups fresh whipped cream (see note)
  • cinnamon sugar
  • caramel sauce

Instruction

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13" cake pan with cooking spray.
  • In the bowl of a standing mixer, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, milk and yogurt until smooth.
  • Pour into the pan and bake for 26 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and remaining yogurt.
  • Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke about 23-26 holes in the top of the cooled cake.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the cake concentrating on filling the holes.
  • Cover the cake with saran wrap and chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours or until the liquid has been absorbed into the cake.
  • Remove the cake from the fridge and take off the saran wrap.
  • Cover with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar and a little drizzle of caramel sauce.
