Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Liberte caramel yogurt
- 1/4 cup Liberte yogurt (caramel flavor)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz )
- 4 cups fresh whipped cream (see note)
- cinnamon sugar
- caramel sauce
Instruction
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13" cake pan with cooking spray.
- In the bowl of a standing mixer, mix together the cake mix, eggs, oil, milk and yogurt until smooth.
- Pour into the pan and bake for 26 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
- Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and remaining yogurt.
- Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke about 23-26 holes in the top of the cooled cake.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture over the cake concentrating on filling the holes.
- Cover the cake with saran wrap and chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours or until the liquid has been absorbed into the cake.
- Remove the cake from the fridge and take off the saran wrap.
- Cover with whipped cream, cinnamon sugar and a little drizzle of caramel sauce.
