The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raw cookie dough (this one is egg-free)
- 1/3 cup gluten free pretzels (here is a grain-free option)
- 3-4 tablespoons caramel sauce
- flake salt
Instruction
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds to keep the chocolate from burning.
- Pour chocolate on a piece of parchment paper and smooth out evenly. Add cookie dough throughout the chocolate in small pieces. Then top with pretzels, drizzle caramel on top, and flake salt. Place in the freezer for freeze for 20-30 minutes, until set. Use a sharp knife to cut into pieces before serving!
