Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 ounce box Alessi cannoli shells (contains 6)
  • 1-1/2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 ounces chopped soft caramels (Werther's)
  • 1/3 cup Millican cinnamon pecans (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup chopped Millican cinnamon pecans
  • powdered sugar
  • caramel ice cream sauce (Torani)

Instruction

  • Stir together filling and spoon into shells just prior to serving.
  • Cover ends with chopped pecans.
  • Garnish with sifted powdered sugar and caramel sauce (if desired).
