Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 ounce box Alessi cannoli shells (contains 6)
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 ounces chopped soft caramels (Werther's)
- 1/3 cup Millican cinnamon pecans (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup chopped Millican cinnamon pecans
- powdered sugar
- caramel ice cream sauce (Torani)
Instruction
- Stir together filling and spoon into shells just prior to serving.
- Cover ends with chopped pecans.
- Garnish with sifted powdered sugar and caramel sauce (if desired).
