Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup butter- softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- 1-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10 ounces Pear Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup Caramel/Dulce de Leche
Instruction
- Spray 8x8 corning ware pan with cooking spray- set aside
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat butter & sugar in mixer
- add eggs - beat
- add extracts- beat
- add in flour & salt - beat
- Scrape down sides & beat 30 seconds longer.
- Spread 3/4 of batter into bottom of prepared pan
- top with pear pie filling
- drop remaining batter on top- do not spread
- Bake 45-50 minutes- or until toothpick test is clean.
- Cool on wire rack
- Drizzle with caramel before serving.
