Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 125 g butter
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tbs golden syrup
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet Arnott's Milk Arrowroot biscuits crushed
  • 200 g hazelnut milk chocolate
  • 165 g copha

Instruction

  • Combine butter, sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan and melt. Add the sweetened condensed milk and bring to boil.
  • Combine with crushed biscuits and press into a slice tin.
  • Meanwhile to make the topping, melt the copha and chocolate together, being careful to not burn the mixture. Pour over slice. Refrigerate or freeze.
