Ingredients

The following ingredients have 24 Servings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 large eggs (seperated)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel bits (I used Kraft caramel bits)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup light brown sugar

Instruction

  • Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Cream butter, sugar, 1 egg, egg yolks and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until combined. Don't overmix.
  • Spread mixture in prepared pan.
  • Top with caramel bits, chocolate chips, and marshmallows.
  • Beat 2 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold in brown sugar and fold until no lumps remain.
  • Spoon egg white mixture over marshmallows.
  • Bake 30 to 35 minutes until browned on top and set in the center.
  • Cool before cutting.
  • Store in an airtight container after completely cooled.
