Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (or water)
  • 1 ripe pear (halved and cored)
  • 2 medjool dates (pitted and soaked for 20 minutes)
  • 1/4 cup raw cashew pieces (soaked in hot water for 20 minutes)
  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • Handful of ice (or 1/2 frozen banana)
  • Toppings: sliced pear (hemp seeds, quinoa flakes + vanilla powder)

Instruction

  • Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
