Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (or water)
- 1 ripe pear (halved and cored)
- 2 medjool dates (pitted and soaked for 20 minutes)
- 1/4 cup raw cashew pieces (soaked in hot water for 20 minutes)
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- Handful of ice (or 1/2 frozen banana)
- Toppings: sliced pear (hemp seeds, quinoa flakes + vanilla powder)
Instruction
- Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
