Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- Grease a 12x15 inch pan.
- Combine sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, whipping cream, and butter in a medium pot. Monitor temperature with a candy thermometer, stirring frequently.
- Remove pot from heat when temp reaches 250 degrees F.
- Stir in vanilla and pour slowly into greased pan.
- Let cool completely and once cool, cut into squares and wrap in wax paper. ENJOY!
