Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Grease a 12x15 inch pan.
  • Combine sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk, whipping cream, and butter in a medium pot. Monitor temperature with a candy thermometer, stirring frequently.
  • Remove pot from heat when temp reaches 250 degrees F.
  • Stir in vanilla and pour slowly into greased pan.
  • Let cool completely and once cool, cut into squares and wrap in wax paper. ENJOY!
