Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. water (plus 1/4 tsp. salt)
  • 1/4 c. cashew butter (to make, simply blend 1/2 cup of cashews in a powerful blender)
  • 1/4 c. coconut oil
  • 1/2 c. dates
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. diced apples

Instruction

  • Bring water and salt to a boil. 
  • Add rolled oats. Reduce heat to low; cover. Let simmer 15 minutes. 
  • In a blender prepare your caramel by combining cashew butter, coconut oil, dates, salt & vanilla. Blend together until smooth. 
  • Remove lid from oats mix in diced apples. Cover and let sit three minutes. 
  • Add caramel, stir well. Serve immediately.
