  • 3 roma tomatoes, (2 chopped, 1 sliced into rounds)
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 TBS sugar
