Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 balls (300g / 10oz) mozzarella, sliced or torn
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 15ml (1 tbsp) red wine vinegar
- 5ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
- 45ml (3 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Arrange alternating tomato and mozzarella slices on a large serving platter and top with basil leaves.
- Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately. Enjoy!
