Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 balls (300g / 10oz) mozzarella, sliced or torn
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) red wine vinegar
  • 5ml (1 tsp) Dijon mustard
  • 45ml (3 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • Arrange alternating tomato and mozzarella slices on a large serving platter and top with basil leaves. 
  • Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients together and drizzle over the salad. 
  • Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately. Enjoy!
