The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 16 oz. orecchiette or bow-tie pasta
  • 16 oz. perline (or small mozzarella balls)
  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes (halved (i.e. 2 pints))
  • ½ green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 celery stalk (diced)
  • ½ cup diced yellow onions
  • ½ cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • ¼ cup chives (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Italian parsley (chopped)
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp capers (drained)
  • ½ Tbsp dried Italian seasonings
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
