  • 1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium tamari

Instruction

  • Purée the beans, garlic, and tamari in a food processor until very smooth, adding water as needed: use more water for a thinner dressing, or less for a thicker dip.
