Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- 1- (15-ounce) can cannellini beans
- 2 cups diced plum tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 slice red onion ((cut in four sections))
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
- Add the cannellini beans to a mesh strainer; then run under cold water until it runs clear.
- Place them in a medium bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well; then keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
