Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 1- (15-ounce) can cannellini beans
  • 2 cups diced plum tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 slice red onion ((cut in four sections))
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instruction

  • Add the cannellini beans to a mesh strainer; then run under cold water until it runs clear.
  • Place them in a medium bowl along with the remaining ingredients. Mix well; then keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
