Ingredients

The following ingredients have 8 Servings
  • 1 frozen pie crust (use this recipe for gluten-free crust)
  • 5 teaspoons organic stevia
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs and stevia. Add in the maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut oil.
  • Stir in the pecans
  • Pour into the pie crust and bake for 40-50 minutes or until pie is puffed and golden brown
  • Cool for about 2 hours before cutting and serving
