Ingredients

The following ingredients have 48 Servings
  • 1 1/3 cup butter {I use salted}
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup chow mein noodles

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
  • In a small bowl, combine the baking soda, salt, and flour. Add to the wet ingredients, 1/2 cup at a time, until fully mixed.
  • Carefully fold in the candy corn and chow mein noodles.
  • Drop dough by spoonful on baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.
