Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cup kumquat
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar or to taste (depending on the sweetness )

Instruction

  • Cut kumquats in half and pick out all the visible seeds. (Kumquat seeds are edible, therefore it is okay if the seeds cannot be removed completely.)
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently stir and mix all the ingredients. Then, transfer the kumquats to a lightly greased bakeware.
  • Air fry at 300F (150C) for 10-12 minutes, stirring a couple of times in the middle until there is a slightly thickened sauce.
