The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- ¼ cup sriracha
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ½ cup brown sugar
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Add 1 pound bacon to a large plastic zipper bag. Be sure to separate the bacon strips as you add them to the bag so they don’t all stick together.
- Add the ingredients of your choice to make traditional, maple, spicy or bourbon candied bacon.
- Toss the bacon with the brown sugar and any additional ingredients, until the bacon is completely coated.
- Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a wire rack, on top of a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-24 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the bacon rest for 10 minutes before serving.
