Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon
  • ¼ cup sriracha
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 pound thick-cut bacon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup bourbon
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • Add 1 pound bacon to a large plastic zipper bag. Be sure to separate the bacon strips as you add them to the bag so they don’t all stick together.
  • Add the ingredients of your choice to make traditional, maple, spicy or bourbon candied bacon.
  • Toss the bacon with the brown sugar and any additional ingredients, until the bacon is completely coated.
  • Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a wire rack, on top of a foil-lined baking sheet.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20-24 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let the bacon rest for 10 minutes before serving.
