Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) worcestershire sauce
  • - kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/3 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 6 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)

Instruction

  • Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 12"x 20"); dot with butter.
  • Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.
  • Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth and bacon pieces if using. Seal the edges of foil well. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
