Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 6 bananas
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Instruction

  • Cut your aluminum foil into pieces that are about 8"x12" or 12"x12".
  • Unpeel the banana, and cut a slice down the middle. You don't want to cut all the way through, but you just want a gap so you can put marshmallows and chocolate chips in it.
  • Place the peeled and cut banana on the foil to decorate. Place desired amount of chocolate chips and marshmallows in the gap. I try to get as much as I can in there so It's full, gooey and delicious!
  • Fold the foil over the banana so nothing will leak out of the foil, and so you can keep all the good stuff in it.
  • Place over coals. It will usually take about 5 minutes to cook depending on how hot the coals/fire is You can also cook them in the oven or over the grill if your campfire rains out.
  • Medium heat on the grill for 5 or so minutes, checking every so often until desired the marshmallows and chocolate chips are at desired melting point
  • If broiling - Broil on high for 7-10 minutes in the oven, or until desired melting point.
